Modterra pieces are made from GFRC concrete and finished by hand in our Colorado studio.
Because concrete is a natural material, each piece will show subtle variation in tone, texture, and surface detail. Small surface pores, often called pinholes, may also be present. These are a natural byproduct of the casting process and do not affect the integrity of the piece.
These characteristics are part of the material and make every piece unique.
Over time, the surface develops a soft patina through water and daily use.
For the best sense of color and texture, we recommend ordering a sample kit before making your final selection.

Each Modterra sink is cast by hand in our Colorado studio after your order is placed. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks before shipment.
Orders ship via insured ground service within the contiguous U.S. Transit time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on location. Tracking will be sent once your order leaves the studio.

Modterra pieces are sealed and designed for everyday use.
Clean with a soft cloth or sponge and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, which can break down the sealer over time.
